1. General Guidelines

  • School fees are payable for 12 months of the academic year.
  • Fees cover tuition, activities, and other prescribed charges; any additional charges (transport, exam, uniform, books, etc.) must be paid separately.
  • All fees must be deposited in the school office / authorized bank

2. Mode of Payment

  • Fees can be paid monthly/quarterly/annually as per the schedule notified by the school.
  • Payments can be made by cash, online transfer (if available) through UPI bar code.

3. Due Dates & Late Fee

  • Fees must be paid by the 10th of every month/quarter.
  • A late fee fine will be charged after the due date.
  • If fees remain unpaid for more than two months, the student is not allowed to attend the school or the exams.

4. Examination & Report Cards

  • Students will not be allowed to appear in examinations or receive report cards unless all dues are cleared.

5. Fee Revision

  • The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure at the beginning of a new academic session, if required.

6. Refund Policy

  • No deduction or refund of fees is made for absence, holidays, or mid-session withdrawal.
  • Parents must clear all their ward dues before applying for TC

7. Security Deposit (if applicable)

  • A one-time non-refundable security deposit may be charged at the time of admission.
